Topics of discussion will include the West Bend Mutual Insurance endorsement and other pending agreements to support and promote the company's KiddieSystem™ product line plus the status of both the corporate audit and the application for the OTC QX. Also the financial forecasts for the new fiscal year beginning September 01, 2006 will be discussed.
