Kiddie Systems Products Available through National and Local News Websites

ATWEC Technologies, Inc. October 20, 2006 (PINKSHEETS: ATWT) is pleased to announce its Kiddie Alert product is now available for online purchase through the websites of all major national news networks and 3000 local news networks. Online availability has been expanded in anticipation of increased public interest in back-up alerting systems for cars, as news networks continue to draw attention to needless injuries that are often fatal.

NBC Nightly News aired a story Sunday, October 15, 2006, on the frequency with which children are injured by cars in reverse when drivers are unable to see them. An ATWEC master distributor, who sells the voice-enhanced Kiddie Alert sensor on eBay and through goggle and yahoo search engines, reported to the company this week that there were more than 400,000 searches Sunday using the key words “back-up alarm.” The searches resulted in 1500 hits on his Kiddie Voice sales webpage.

ATWEC believes that as public awareness grows, the availability of its products through the world-wide web will continue the considerable fiscal 2007 uptrend in sales of the Kiddie Systems products. The details of increased sales will be released next week.
